A personal brain
for the threads
of a day.

Sleep, calendar, work, weather, presence, voice — woven into one quiet voice that knows what you're waking up for.

What this is

One brain. Many threads.

A conversational AI agent with access to all of life's signals in one place — that can respond, and act in the physical environment. The magic isn't any one source. It's that the system has unified context across all of them.

The threads

What the brain is made of.

01
Sleep

Apple Watch sleep stages, score, hours. Drives smart-wake timing and the morning tone.

02
Calendar

Today's events, tomorrow's first appointment, the heavy days vs. the open ones.

03
Workouts

The training plan and what's logged. Surfaces today's session in the briefing.

04
Weather

Temperature, conditions, sunrise/sunset. Influences lighting curves and clothing cues.

05
Presence

Who's in the room, where, doing what. mmWave + motion + door sensors.

06
Voice

Home Assistant Voice PE — wake word, conversational commands, ambient mic.

The phases

From a wake-up to a room that knows you.

Phase 01

The wake-up routine

Lights ramp parabolically through the smart-wake window. A short briefing plays through Sonos at zero — calendar + weather + sleep + today's plan, shaped by how the night went. Voice PE listens for "snooze," "tell me more," or "skip the workout."

Phase 02

Ambient presence

Presence sensors and motion across the home. Lights respond to who's in the room, what time it is, what's on Sonos, what the calendar says. Claude reads room state over MCP and makes judgment calls — softer here, brighter there.

Phase 03

The proactive layer

A small cron asks Claude every fifteen minutes: should anything change? Mostly it says no. Sometimes the room eases warmer at sunset without being asked, because something in the context shifted.
